Can I request a return after receiving the parcel?
Unfortunately, no. Once the parcel has been accepted and the delivery representative has left, the order will be considered successfully delivered and return or exchange requests cannot be processed.
What are the requirements for an exchange?
Products must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original tags and packaging intact
