Shipping Charges

We currently deliver all over Bangladesh.

  • Dhaka City: BDT 80
  • Outside Dhaka: BDT 140

For international orders, please contact us through our official Facebook or Instagram page before placing an order. Our team will assist you regarding availability, shipping methods, and applicable charges.

Order Processing

Every Elaira order is carefully prepared before dispatch. Orders are typically processed within 24–72 hours after confirmation.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Dhaka City: 1–3 working days
  • Outside Dhaka: 2–5 working days

Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, promotional campaigns, adverse weather conditions, or courier-related delays.

Before You Receive Your Order

Please ensure that:

  • Your contact number is active and reachable.
  • The delivery address is complete and accurate.
  • Someone is available to receive the parcel.

Incorrect information may cause delays or failed delivery attempts.

Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please inspect the parcel immediately in front of the delivery representative and notify us as soon as possible.

Exchange requests will be accepted only when:

  • A wrong item is delivered.
  • The product arrives damaged.
  • A manufacturing defect is identified upon receiving the parcel.

Important Notes

  • Products must remain unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
  • Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
  • Exchange requests made after the delivery representative leaves may not be accepted.
  • We do not offer exchanges or returns based on personal preference, color variation due to screen settings, or sizing issues. Please review product measurements carefully before placing an order.
